The club’s matchday draw, offering five guaranteed prizes per home matchday, will return for 2023/24, beginning this coming Saturday when the Bantams host Colchester United (August 12, 3.00pm).
Having been re-introduced towards the end of last season, the draw will see funds raised for the Bradford City Community Foundation, with a particular focus on youth development.
Promoted by the Bradford City AFC Development Association, the draw will see five separate prizes made available each time City play at home this season.
For just £2, supporters will be in with the chance of winning prizes, which for this weekend’s visit of Colchester United include either a home matchday hospitality package for two people, a £40 voucher for Mamma Mia restaurant, a £25 voucher to be spent at The Broadway Bradford, a one-month membership at The Pride Gym in Low Moor or a £15 gift card for the Bradford City Store.
Sellers will be located in and around the University of Bradford Stadium on matchdays, and can be identified by wearing Bradford City-branded tabards with the club’s crest and the words ‘matchday draw seller’.
They will be located by turnstiles and in the stadium vicinity, and well as in concourses, hospitality suites and in The Bantams Bar.
Winners of each draw will be announced in the stadium at half-time of the respective game, over the club’s PA system and on the electronic scoreboard, as well as across the club’s official social media channels during and after the game. All prizes, which will vary throughout the season, can then be collected from Valley Parade’s Yorkshire Payments 1911 Main Reception, provided you have your winning ticket with you.
